If you’ve been living under a rock and haven’t heard, the Mitchell Report came out yesterday. It’s an interesting read, kind of like a bad romance novel. Take this guy McNamee for example. He was a total slut. He stuck Clemens, Pettite, even Chuck “where is first base again?” Knoblach in the behind with needles. I just wonder how his wife felt about this.

But we can’t only make fun of all the MFY who were fingered (or stabbed?) in this investigation, one of our Sox was as well: Eric Gagne. Oh no. Oh, it’s terrible. I feel betrayed. Please, make the hurting stop. Really, of all the possibilities before this report came out (there were rumors of Tek, for one), this couldn’t have worked out much better for the Olde Towne team. The one guy who gets named is the one guy Sox fans couldn’t stand for the last 2 months of the season (and considering we only had him for 2.5 months, that’s saying something). So, I will repeat what I said about a month ago following the parade:
