The Sox are now heading for the playoffs. They will win the AL East. They may even get to the series.

Know why? The Ball.

You know, the homer Bay hit that got stuck in the rafters at The Trop.

That lost ball, hidden amongst the steel is going to be a Twilight Zone moment for the Sox. I expect the hitting to continue now, the pitching improving, as long as that ball stays lost, up there, in the rafters. 'Til they tear down the Trop and that ball comes bouncing out of the explosives imploding the dome. Forever the anti-curse.

C'mon, you know it.

As much as I want to refute you, I will not and instead just say "Good Job Red Sox."

Ugh it hurts so much to say that. I promised I wouldn't be a spiteful fan, though, so I must hold it up.
